Key Features
Cosmetic-grade material: high-purity PE is non-toxic and odorless, meeting EU cosmetic packaging standards and suitable for sensitive skincare formulations without harmful chemical deposits.
Premium flip-top closure: an integrated close seal helps prevent spills during squeezing. One-handed opening is convenient for daily use, and a thickened cap edge is designed to resist cracking after repeated opening.
Custom printing and finishes: full-color CMYK printing, screen printing, gold or silver hot foil stamping, embossed and debossed logos, and matte or glossy body finishes are supported.
Sizes and applications: formats from 30g to 200g are available for facial cleansers, exfoliating products, hand creams, body lotions, hair masks and ointments.
Flexible OEM and ODM services: an independent mold workshop supports exclusive tube shapes. Small trial orders and bulk production are accepted, with stable lead times for global wholesale customers.

Based in Guangdong, our group’s manufacturing network spans Guangzhou Baiyun, Qingyuan and Shantou. Our portfolio includes cosmetic tubes, labels and flexible packaging, folding cartons, color cosmetics and compacts, and cosmetic and pharmaceutical glass packaging.
Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
