Key Features
Cosmetic-grade PE: non-toxic, non-irritating material compatible with bifida ferment, blurring primers and water-based cream formulations without harmful chemical deposits affecting active ingredients.
Minimal matte appearance: a soft matte white body is paired with customizable flip-top colors, including teal, pink, black and blue, for a simple presentation suited to Korean-inspired clean beauty branding.
Secure flip-top closure: a thickened cap with an internal silicone sealing ring helps prevent thick cream spills. One-handed opening supports daily morning and evening routines.
Printing and decoration: water-resistant UV inks are designed to resist fading after repeated squeezing. Gold or silver hot foil stamping, embossed and debossed logos are available.
Capacities and applications: 50ml stock sizes are ready for dispatch, with custom capacities from 30ml to 150ml. Applications include pore-blurring creams, bifida repair lotions, exfoliating gels, hand moisturizers and primers.
OEM and ODM services: free artwork guidance and small trial orders are supported. Production includes mold development, printing, tube extrusion and strict pre-shipment quality inspection.

Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
