Standard capacities: 30ml, 50ml, 60ml, 80ml, 100ml and 120ml. Tube diameters: 30mm, 35mm and 40mm, with customization available.
Finishes: mirror plating or matte coating. Seal: flat heat-sealed tail. Closure: double-layer acrylic screw cap.

Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
