Product Specifications
Tube material: single-layer recyclable flexible PE. Pump and cover: gold-electroplated ABS pump with a transparent PP outer cap. Finish: custom printed dark green coating. Closure: gold pump dispenser with a clear protective screw-on cover.
Standard capacities: 30ml, 50ml, 60ml, 80ml, 100ml and 120ml.
Customization and Delivery
Blank stock PE tubes: minimum order 5,000 pieces; delivery within 15 working days. Custom printed tubes: minimum order 10,000 pieces; production lead time 30-40 working days.
Branding: free layout design after receipt of logo files. All packaging follows export packing standards.

Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
