Key Features
Food-grade PE: the material meets oral care packaging safety standards, with an odorless, non-toxic composition and no chemical deposits during prolonged contact with toothpaste or whitening gel.
Matte appearance and custom printing: the white surface supports full-color offset printing, screen printing and gold or silver hot foil stamping for tooth graphics, brand text and warnings.
Integrated flip-top closure: a thickened cap with an internal sealing ring helps prevent toothpaste leakage during squeezing. One-handed opening is convenient for bathroom use.
Sizes and colors: the standard stock format is 120g; custom 30g, 50g, 80g, 100g and 150g formats are also supported. Cap colors include white, black, blue and pink.
Applications: whitening toothpaste, toothpaste for sensitive teeth, breath-freshening gels, stain-removal pastes and hotel travel toothpaste kits.

Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
