Key Features
Cosmetic-grade PE: the odorless, non-toxic plastic is compatible with mainstream skincare, haircare and body care formulations, without harmful chemical deposits affecting active ingredients.
Blank glossy surface: an unprinted, high-gloss body provides a clean base for vivid, durable logos, ingredient descriptions and custom graphics.
Secure black flip-top cap: a thickened integrated cap with an internal silicone gasket helps prevent thick masks and lotions from spilling. One-handed opening simplifies daily routines, and cap colors can be customized.
Sizes and applications: standard capacities are available from stock, with custom formats from 30ml to 200ml. Applications include hair masks, shower gels, facial cleansers, after-sun gels, hand creams and exfoliating creams.
Low minimum orders for blank stock tubes: unprinted tubes support small trial orders and short lead times. Custom printed tubes can be produced in bulk for brand launches.

Our Guangzhou manufacturing operation focuses on plastic tube development, production and sales. We develop customized packaging around materials, diameter, capacity, closures and decoration for beauty, personal care and related product applications.
Tube manufacturing capabilities include five-layer co-extrusion, screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, coating and UV printing. In-house mold design and injection molding support custom caps, applicator tips and shaped tube structures. Quality checks run through production and are connected with packing and delivery requirements.
